Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order.
When your order ships
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours on working days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.
Delivery times
After your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- Europe: 6 to 9 business days
- United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days
- Rest of the world (for example Australia): about 15 days
Busy periods can occasionally add a few days.
Tracking your order
Your shipping email includes a tracking link. It can take a few days before tracking shows movement. Has it been longer than the delivery time above? Email us your order number at support@moondancecharms.com and we'll look into it straight away.
Your shipping address
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We process orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a short window to correct an incorrect address. If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@moondancecharms.com. We will do our best to help before the order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or stolen parcels
If your parcel is lost before it reaches you, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund your order. If your tracking shows that the parcel was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us at support@moondancecharms.com and we'll help you with the carrier.
