When will my order ship?

We know you want your new Moon Dance products ASAP (can’t blame you), so we typically ship orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.  Have in mind our products are handmade.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours Mo-FR. The transit times are:

US & Canada: 4-12 work days

Europe & UK: 5-12 works days

Worldwide: 10-25 work days

Please have in mind that most of our products are handmade.

Where is my order?

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Moon Dance package. Follow the journey of your package and track your package at our Tracking My Order Page.

Still can’t find it? Just contact us at support@moondancecharms.com and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.

Where do you ship from?

We source our products from reliable artisans communities within USA, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.

Where is my Order Confirmation?

The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check your spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. 

I have ordered multiple items but i have received my parcel just holding one of them. What can i do?

We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they will get to you.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Most orders are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@moondancecharms.com within 24 hours. 

My order is delayed. What can i do?

In rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.  

Color Variants

We do our best to display the colors and images of our products accurately on the website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitor display will be accurate and depict the same colors. 

Please also keep in mind that all of our bracelets are handmade, which means colors can slightly vary. This makes each piece of jewelry unique to you!
