It's a string of beads used for meditations and prayers. Also known as japa mala, Buddhist mala beads, Tibetan prayer beads, or yoga beads. How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday. The transit times are:
Europe & UK: 5-9 works days
US & Canada: 4-10 work days

Where is my order?
Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your Moon Dance package. Follow the journey of your package and track your package at our Tracking My Order Page.
Still can’t find it? Just contact us at support@moondancecharms.com and we’ll give you all the details on where your package is and when it’s expected to arrive.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Most orders are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@moondancecharms.com within 24 hours.
My order is delayed. What can i do?
In rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Late or missing refunds
