General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take between 2 - 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. Bust mostly we ship your orders within 24-48 hours

How long will the shipping time be?

US & Canada: 7-13 business days

Europe & UK: 7-13 business days

Rest of the world: 7 -20 business days

All orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours on workdays.

Once the order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification Email from Moon Dance Charms and more details will be supplied.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Track My Orde Page.

Please allow 2- 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available.  So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and received only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.  Please contact us immediately at support@moondancecharms.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Moon Dance Charms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.  If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at support@moondancecharms.com

Moon Dance Charms is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities.
