You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong one. We can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn with tags  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a picture of the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at if your return is accepted, we’ll send you the  instructions on how and where to send your package. Shipping  Items  back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at Please have in mind that you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will get back to you asap.
