United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 7 to 12 business days
Rest of the world (for example Australia): about 15 days
Busy periods can occasionally add a few days.

Look at the back of your watch: the case size is engraved there. Then choose:
38, 40 or 41 mm: the 38 / 40 / 41 mm connector
44, 45, 46 or 49 mm: the 42 / 44 / 45 / 46 / 49 mm connector

42 mm? It depends on your model. Series 10 or newer with a 42 mm case takes the 38 / 40 / 41 mm connector. Only the old Series 1, 2 and 3 in 42 mm take the larger one.

Wrap bands have a universal connector that fits every size, so there's nothing to choose. The full table is in our Apple Watch Size Guide.

Wrap a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper snugly around your wrist where you wear your watch, and note the centimetres. Then pick the matching size on the product page. Sizes differ a little per design, so always check the band you like.

Often, yes. If you're between two sizes or outside the sizes shown, email us before you order with your wrist measurement and the band you like.

Yes, you can do it at home with scissors. Here's our step by step guide with photos. Please contact us before you cut, shorten or alter a band: a band that has been cut or altered is no longer eligible for an exchange or return.

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not been processed or shipped yet. Email support@moondancecharms.com with your order number. If your order has already shipped, you can return it instead.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We process orders as quickly as possible, so there is only a short window to correct an incorrect address. If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@moondancecharms.com. We will do our best to help before the order has been processed or shipped.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. This includes your legal 14 day right of withdrawal. To be eligible, an item should be unworn or only inspected, not cut, shortened or altered, and not damaged through use. Please include the original packaging where reasonably possible. Sale and discounted items follow the same return policy. Gift cards can't be returned.

If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return shipping or offer another solution at no cost to you. The full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at support@moondancecharms.com with your order number. We will provide the correct return address and explain the return process. Please do not send a return before receiving instructions from us.

Please contact us. Depending on the situation, we can arrange a replacement in the correct size, a return or a refund. The original item may need to be returned before a replacement is sent, especially for Buy 2, Get the 3rd Free or other promotional orders. Please contact us before you cut, shorten or alter a band.

Once your return has arrived at the return address provided to you and we have received confirmation, we issue your refund within 1 business day. After the refund has been issued, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or bank.

Natural stones vary in colour and pattern, and every screen shows colour a little differently. Your piece is made from the same type of stones as in the photo but is never an exact copy. That's what makes it yours.

Better not. Take it off before showering, swimming, sport or the sauna. Water, chlorine and salt wear out cord, elastic, leather and metal, and can dull some stones.

Put it on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off first. Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Mala beads do not need water for cleaning. Avoid soaking them. If needed, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Leather, elastic and Apple Watch bands each need a slightly different touch; our Jewelry Care guide explains it all.
